Analysis of the impact of pharmacological Hsp90 inhibition on Hsp70 protein expression in HaCaT cells treated with medium alone and 2 mg/ml IgG from a bullous pemphigoid patient (BP IgG) for 24 h. These BP IgG-stimulated and IgG-non-treated HaCaT cells were cultured in absence or presence of 1 μM 17-DMAG. Hsp70 protein levels in cell culture lysates were analyzed by ELISA and expressed relative to control cells incubated with medium alone.
