Antigen-specific IgG1 and IgG2a antibodies in sera of immunized mice. ELISA plates were coated with corresponding antigens and serum samples were tested for the presence of anti-antigen IgG1 (A, B and C) and anti-antigen IgG2a (D, E and F). The shown results are at 1/250 serum dilution where error bars represent the mean reading +/− SE (standard error of the mean).
