Interferon gamma (IFN-γ) (A), tumor necrosis factor alpha (B), IL-4 (C), IL-5 (D), IL-6 (E) and IL-2 (F) cytokines production in DENV-2 infected or uninfected animals, treated and untreated CLQ were analyzed by flow cytometry that allowed multiple cytokines to be quantified simultaneously. For all analyses, p-values of <0.01 were considered statistically significant.
