Naïve OT-I cells were transferred to iFABP-Ova mice and anti-PD-L1 injections began either the day of cell transfer (d0) or at least 30 days later. Cells were analyzed at day 5 (Effector) or at day 45 (Anergic) following control or anti-PD-L1.
