HCC group versus benign disorder group: AFU (χ² = 6.270, P = 0.012), AFP (χ² = 18.538, P < 0.001), and TK1 (χ² = 13.115, P = 0.003); benign liver disorder group versus control group: AFU (χ² = 28.586, P < 0.001), AFP (χ² = 16.958, P < 0.001), and TK1 (χ² = 4.449, P < 0.001).
