(B) Percent body weight change and spleen weights normalized to body weights were measured for each mouse. (C) Representative colon sections with ulcerated areas (demarcated by the brackets) in both genotypes with increasing concentrations of DSS. Sections were stained with H&E. Scale bars, 100 μm.
