TEER values are represented as percentage of control GenC that were exposed to OGD/RGR but not exposed to IPC. Results show that IPC protects normoglycemic GenC function (n = 4, P = 0.01) but makes hyperglycemic GenC more susceptible to OGD/RGR-induced injury (n = 4, P = 0.03).
