peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γ (PPARγ) protein expression is increased in tibiae, whereas decreased in humeri in spinal cord injury (SCI) rats compared with that of SHAM rats. Protein expression levels of PPARγ in humeri and tibiae of SCI and SHAM rats 3 weeks, 3 months and 6 months after SCI. Western Blot bands were evaluated by densitometric analysis.
