ROS are decreased with increased levels of GGT7. GBM cells transduced with GGT7 were labeled with DCFDA (20 μM) or unlabeled (phosphate-buffered saline) and then cultured with 50 μM TBHP and Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) as a control. Cells were then analyzed on a fluorescent plate reader. (A) Cells cultured under normal growth conditions (10% serum).
