Flotillin-1 is required for CCh-induced transcriptional regulation of EGF family ligands and MMP-3. Stable flotillin-1 and flotillin-2 knockdown and control HaCaT cells were stimulated with 100 µM CCh for 2 h and the transcript levels of EGF family ligands (A–D) and MMP-3 (E) were determined; (F) Knockdown efficiency of flotillin-1 and flotillin-2 as detected by Western blot.
