Kaplan-Meier overall survival estimates are illustrated according to race. The survival of African American (AA) patients and nonblack (NB) patients is illustrated according to (A) β2 microglobulin (B2M) level (≤2 mg/dL or >2 mg/dL), (B) immunoglobulin heavy-chain variable region (IGHV) mutation status (unmutated or mutated), (C) cytogenetic abnormalities (del17p plus del11q or other abnormalities), and (D) Rai stage (stages 0-2 or 3-4).
