• Age 18 to 40

• GFR ≥ 70 ml per min per 1.73m² (Cockcroft-Gault formula)

■ Clinical diagnosis of ADPKD based on kidney imaging (modified Ravine criteria) and family history

■ Positive family history for ADPKD

○ patients < 30 years: ≥ 2 cysts in either kidney

○ patients ≥ 30 years: ≥ 2 cysts in each kidney

• Negative family history for ADPKD cystic kidney disease by sonography: proof of a mutation in the PKD1 or PKD2 gene

• Patient provided written informed consent
