HeLa cells transfected with the non-silencing siRNA (scRNA), the ALIX or TSG101 specific siRNAs (siALIX and siTSG101) were left untreated (CTR) or intoxicated with CDT (1μg/ml) for 6h, prior adhesion for 20 minutes on fibronectin-coated glasses.
