HEECs treated with or without JLFC01 co-cultured with macrophages incubated with CM from IL-1β- or TNF-α-treated FTDCs in the presence or absence of JLFC01 were grown on Matrigel for 8h. Angiogenesis was assessed by measuring (A) average area (μm2), (B) length (μm) and (C) numbers of branching points (5 random fields/well).
