Cancer Center Leadership	Cancer Center Director or Associate Director Financial Administrators
Principal Investigators (PIs)	Therapeutic and/or non-therapeutic trials for at least 3 years prior to study enrollment
Research Staff	Non-PIs Involved in the ‘day-to-day’ recruitment and/or enrollment of study participants to cancer clinical trials Potentially includes nurses, recruiters, or other research personnel directly involved in recruitment of human subjects
Referring Clinicians	At least 50% of time allocated to clinical duties
