Various concentrations of BV or PBV were mixed with N-succinyl-(L-Ala)3-p-nitroanilide (0.5 mg/mL). EGCG (0.1 mg/mL) was used for positive control. (B) HaCaT cells were plated on 6-well plates for 24 hr, then the cells were treated with various concentrations (0, 1, 2 μg/mL) of BV and PBV for additional 24 hr.
