OT-II cell transfer, immunization and anti-IL-6 Ab injection were performed as in Fig. 1d. (a) After 5 days, total CD4+ T cells were sorted from spleen and LNs, and RNA was isolated from them. mRNA expression of indicated transcription factors was analysed by real-time quantitative PCR.
