Chromatographic profile of hexane and ethyl acetate unified fractions obtained by RP-UPLC-PDA in a C18 column (ACE C18, 5 μm, 100 Å, 250 mm × 4.6 mm) at a constant flow rate of 1 mL/min ⁻¹ using water as solvent A and MeOH as solvent B. The chromatogram was obtained at wavelengths of 214 and 254 nm.
