Effects of MnTnBuOE-2-PyP5+ on flank tumor growth. Flank tumor growth assays were performed with D-245 MG cells in BALB/c mice. Eight mice per group were injected twice daily with saline or 1.6 mg/kg MnTnBuOE-2-PyP5+ for the duration of the study. A fractionated radiation dose of 3 × 1 Gy was performed on day 2.
