The total imaging duration required to capture the full extent of the beam motion in various media. Panels (a)-(f) demonstrate that the calculated beam motions of focused Gaussian and Bessel beams in different media are only accurate when the imaging duration is sufficiently long to randomize the motions of the beam foci (see Fig. 8). At short imaging durations, the motions are not randomized enough to provide an accurate quantification of beam steering, thus under-estimating the motion.
