3D LGE image is reconstructed by performing a 3D Fast Fourier Transform on the data acquired using the inversion time Tinvnull. The three remaining datasets corresponding to Tinv13 are first reconstructed using compressed sensing reconstruction. Subsequently, these data and the fully-sampled LGE dataset are used for estimating T1 maps. Finally, the polarity of the LGE data is restored using the T1 recovery curve information.
