Nuclear OTR does not interact with nuclear envelope. U2OS cells grown on coverslips were fixed/permeabilized and double staining was performed using anti-human lamin B (green, B and C) and with anti-OTR 1F3 (red, A, B, and C) Mab as described in the ‘Methods’. The image was obtained by confocal microscopy of a nucleus midsection and shows the lack of association of OTR with the internal nuclear envelope.
