The repeat elements, shown as green and blue boxes, include the identical terminal repeat sequences DRL and DRR, the internal repeat arrays R1, R2, and R3, and the stretches containing repeat hexanucleotide sequences [(GGGTTA)n] within the DR regions. Purple straight lines indicate the positions of the different sets of ORFs.
