BHK-21 cells were mock infected or infected (MOI, 0.01) with either rLCMV/NPWT or rLCMV/NPCD chimeras. At 72 h p.i., cells were collected and rLCM viruses were characterized by RT-PCR using the indicated primers. The RT-PCR products were analyzed on a 1% agarose gel.
