(A and B) Analysis of IFNLR1 and IL-10R2 gene expression was performed in healthy (stage 54) tadpoles and adults (2 years old). (C and D) Analysis of IFNLR1 expression in tadpole and adult kidney and spleen was performed at 0, 1, 3 and 6 days post-FV3 challenge. Five animals (n = 5) were used for each experimental group. Expression levels were determined relative to the level of the GAPDH endogenous control, and all results are presented as means ± standard errors of the means. Significant differences in the results relative to those with the vector control and between treatment groups (as denoted with a horizontal bar) are indicated (*, P < 0.05).
