RNA extracted from 14-day-old raft cultures was converted to cDNA and amplified with the indicated primer pairs. The fold change in transcript level compared to that of wild-type HPV18 rafts is shown as the means and standard errors from three independent repeats. Significance (P) was calculated using Student's t test.
Significant increase in expression levels.
Significant decrease in expression levels compared to wild type.
