Expression of netrin-5 in the adult brain. (A) Immunoblotting analysis revealed that anti-netrin-5 antibody recognizes a protein of ~46 kDa in the total cell lysate of the dissected adult rat brains. Netrin-5 expression was higher in the olfactory bulb and lower in the hippocampus. The same membrane was reprobed with anti-GAPDH antibody as a loading control (lower panel).
