Mild-to-severe sleep-disordered breathing was defined as an apnoea-hypopnoea index of five or more events per h. Moderate-to-severe sleep-disordered breathing was defined as an apnoea-hypopnoea index of 15 or more events per h. Statistical analysis by logistic regression models. BMI=body-mass index.
