C57/BL6 wild type (WT) and Cxcr3−/− mice were injected subcutaneously in each flank with 106 Melan-ret cells and treated with either 2 mg Temozolomide (TMZ) or vehicle [dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO)] daily for 3 days once tumors became palpable. (A) Growth kinetics of transplanted Melan-ret tumors in WT or Cxcr3−/− mice treated with DMSO or TMZ.
