(A) Naïve B cells were cultured with CD40L-transfected 293 cells in the presence of vehicle (lanes 1 and 2), 100 nM PAF (lanes 3 and 4), or 100 nM cPAF (lanes 5 and 6). RNA was harvested and RT PCR performed to amplify γ1 (535 bp, lanes 1, 3, and 5) or γ2 (344 bp, lanes 2, 4, and 6) germ line transcripts. Data from a representative experiment are shown.
