Dose-dependent inhibition of BCRP using a metabolic inhibitor 2,4-DNP. Monolayers of SV40-HCEC were incubated with [3H]-MTX (0.05 μCi/ml) and complete medium was added with and without metabolic inhibitor. The medium was analyzed after 1 hr.
