The SLCMV gene and hygromycin phosphotransferase (hpt) are driven by CaMV 35S promoter (35SP), and the gene for neomycin phosphotransferase (nptII) by nopaline synthase promoter (nos-p). B1 and B2 represent attB1 and attB2 recombination sites, respectively; LB and RB, left and right borders of T-DNA sequences, respectively; nos-T, terminator of the nopaline synthase gene. Recognition sites of restriction enzymes are also indicated.
