In vivo SRS imaging of myelination in a Schwann cell. A Schwann-like cell in a branch of the trochlear nerve interacting with two axons was imaged by the SRS microscope. From 6 to 9 h, it can be seen that a new myelin segment presented in the process of the Schwann cell (indicated by the arrow).
