SK-N-AS cells were left untreated or were pre-treated for 24 h with 100 ng/ml TNFα or 100 ng/ml Fc:hFasL and subsequently washed and left untreated (UT) or treated for 24 h with 100 ng/ml TNFα or 100 ng/ml Fc:hFasL. Cell viability was assessed by calcein AM staining. B. SK-N-AS cells were treated or not with 100 ng/ml TNFα for the indicated times and mRNA levels of the indicated genes were assessed by qRT-PCR. mRNA expression levels were normalized using 18S. C.
