Laminin and collagen IV are increased in diabetic (DM)-Sema3a+ glomerular nodules. A: Dual-fluorescent immunohistochemistry shows increased laminin (green) and collagen IV (red) colocalized to glomeruli from diabetic Sema3a+ gain-of-function mice (DM-Sema3a+ + doxycycline [dox]).
