(A) hADMSCs were treated with NAC/AAP at the presence or absence of Nec1 (100 mM) and z-VAD (50 mM) for 120 min following by H₂O₂ treatment. Cells stained with Annexin V-FITC and PI were analyzed by flow cytometry. The values indicate the percentage of cells in each region were summarized at the lower panel.
