Values reflect the fold-increase in fluorescence observed in treated cells relative to untreated cells. The 57% reduction in mean fluorescence for complexes treated at 4 °C indicates that endocytotic mechanisms of uptake for the siRNA/co-oligomer complexes are in effect.
