Lung cancer cell lines A549, H292, H460, H1299, and SCCHN cell lines Tu212 and 886LN were treated with the indicated concentration of curcumin for 24 and 48 h. Apoptosis was measured by annexin V-PE staining. Average apoptosis from three independent experiments is presented with standard deviation as error bars.
