This 52 years old female had the BRCA1 gene and was high risk for developing breast cancer (upper photos). She underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomy using inferolateral inframammary incisions with 1-stage prosthetic breast reconstruction using round cohesive moderate plus profile 400 cc silicone gel implants (lower photos).
