Endothelial cell activation is decreased when Cav-1 is downregulated. HUVEC were subjected to siRNA treatment. After 24 h of siRNA treatment, cells were incubated for 24 h under four conditions (TNFα, oxLDL, both TNFα and oxLDL, no treatment).
