-Higher ABI values.
-Higher prevalence of diabetes
-Higher prevalence of spinal stenosis
-Reduced peripheral nerve sensation -Greater numbers of comorbidities.
Functional Impairment as compared to patients with classic intermittent claudication -Data are mixed with some evidence for less functional impairment and some showing no difference compared to PAD patients with claudication. -Greater functional impairment
-Faster functional decline.
