The conidia (10³) were spotted on solid complete medium and incubated at 37°C. At the specified times, conidia were harvested, resuspended in saline containing 0.01% Tween-20, and counted under microscopy using haemocytometer. A triplet of each strain was counted. The same experiment was repeated twice.
