Organ coefficients (liver, kidney, and spleen) for DBA/1J mice treated with saline, MTX (3 mg/kg of body weight; injected every third day from day 22 to day 42 after 2nd booster injection) or brazilin (10 mg/kg of body weight; injected daily from day 22 to day 42 after the 2nd booster injection). Statistical analysis was performed with a 2-sample t-test comparing each sample group to the related normal group. Note: *denotes statistical significance at p < 0.05 versus normal group.
