To make the simulation mimic the real data, the mean and variance of the LRR shifted values ($\mu$ and ${\text{σ}}^2$) were computed in the original dataset according to the results from PennCNV. The LRR change values of each CNV were generated from N($\mu$, ${\text{σ}}^2$). The mean and median of CNV lengths were measured by the number of markers
