Three paired BC tissue and normal urothelium samples were obtained from 3 patients who were diagnosed with primary high grade non-muscle invasive BC following complete transurethral resection of the bladder tumor. Protein expression was analyzed by antibody microarray. Proteins shown in the right column are those with a >1.33 fold (or <0.77) change with p values <0.25. Red indicates higher expression in cancer tissues compared to normal bladder mucosa; green indicates lower expression in cancer tissues.
