Lysates were treated with buffer alone or buffer containing 2.5 M urea, 0.1 M Na2CO3, pH 11.5, and 0.5 M NaCl or 1% Triton X-100 (TX-100) and 0.5 M NaCl, and divided into microsomal pellet (P) and supernatant (S) fraction by centrifugation. Fractions were examined by immunoblotting with appropriate antibodies.
