IEC-18 cells were untreated (Con), or treated with rhAMP-18 (2 ∓g/mL) for 30 min before exposure to TNF- ↦(50 ng/mL) for 2 h. Expression level of total p21 (Panel A) and cleaved caspase 3 (Panel B.) were detected by immunoblotting. Actin was assessed as a loading control. Representative results of 3 independent experiments are shown.
