Percentage change of blood glucose levels of diabetic rats administered oral insulin (50 IU/kg) preparations loaded with LMWCs of 1.3 kDa/80%DDA; 13 kDa/80%DDA and 18 kDa/55%DDA and subcontenous (S.C.) insulin (1 IU/kg) compared to a placebo group.
