Mice were infected with A. baumannii (Sk44) (3 × 107 CFU/mL, 100 μL/mouse) or K. pneumonia (NDM-1) (1.5 × 108 CFU/mL, 100 μL/mouse), and then treated with the indicated compound 30 min later.
