These groups were <2 (n = 111), 2 – 11 (n = 345) and >11 (n = 133) for the women. For men, these groups were <5 (n = 90), 5 - 19 (n = 199) and >19 (n = 92). The bars and whiskers are means and SEM. The P-values correspond to ANOVA tests with group as categorical variable.
